The module Ineractive Media Objects is part of the Bachelor (udergraduate) study. We focus here on the basics for Interactivity with digital media like video or audio: How can we e.g. influence the access to a specific point of the video/audio timeline or to a specific video/audio channel inside a video. How can we make 360 degree (VR) videos interactive...?

We try to introduce the students to the basic concepts and technologies or techniques of the Object Based Media approach and of the Interactive Storytelling.

The results of the module are the following: interactive 360 degree video applications, interactive audio productions or even different interactive media applications.

Project 'Upside-Down' from Malte Weingart, in which several multi layered 360 degree pictures are providing an intersting view and interaction experience with a small parallax animation during the usage of the interactive application.
